What's the maximum weight capacity?
VOILA ONE supports up to 220lbs (100kg). For your safety, please note that ONE is designed exclusively for paved roads – off-road riding is not recommended.
Can I customize my bike?
Yes. Customize your preferred paint finish – solid color, gradient, or two-tone – for no more than 8% of the total bike price. We guarantee it’s just as exquisite and premium as our standard pearlescent white finish.
Are there any seasonal discounts or promotional offers for VOILA bikes in the future?
Currently, VOILA maintains stable and sincere pricing for all models (VOILA ONE) without regular seasonal discounts. However, we will proactively notify registered customers via email if there are limited-time promotional activities (such as anniversary offers), ensuring you won’t miss any value-added opportunities.
Does the marked price include shipping costs?
The selling price of the bike already includes shipping and delivery costs, and you do not need to pay additional logistics fees.
If the listed price drops shortly after I purchase the product, is there a price protection policy?
We offer a 30-day price protection guarantee. If the official listed price of the same model drops within 30 days of your purchase, please send your order confirmation and the current price screenshot to our customer service. We will refund the price difference to you within 5 working days—no complicated procedures required.
If I purchase multiple VOILA bikes for my cycling club, is there a bulk pricing discount?
Yes, we offer customized bulk pricing for orders of 5 or more bikes. Please contact our sales team via email or WhatsApp with details (e.g., model, quantity, delivery region), and we will provide a tailored quote within 1-2 business days.
What shipping method is usually used for the product?
Depending on the delivery destination, the bike delivery may adopt a mixed mode of “international transportation + local delivery”.
How many days will it take for the bike to arrive?
Under normal circumstances, the time from when you place the order to when you receive the bike will not exceed 30 days.
I want my product to arrive faster—how can I pay for expedited shipping, and roughly how many days can it be accelerated by?
Expedited shipping means using more premium and faster transportation methods, and we will try to use air freight instead of land and sea freight as much as possible. Depending on your destination, the expedited fee is usually $150–$200 (you need to contact us, and we will quote based on your destination). You can usually receive the bike about 7 days earlier, and we guarantee no profit from the expedited shipping fee.
How will I confirm that my order has been successfully processed?
Right after you complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, product details, payment amount, and estimated shipping date. If we do not receive your reply within 24 hours, the order will be automatically confirmed.
I have an emergency—what’s the latest time I can cancel my order?

What is the warranty period for each component?
We provide a 1-year warranty for the frame and wheelsets, and a 6-month warranty for the shifting system and braking system. For components that wear out during cycling, you need to replace them regularly at your own expense in accordance with the product manual (including but not limited to crankset, chain, cassette, inner tubes, outer tires, etc.).
What should I do if I need warranty service?

What situations are not covered by the warranty?

It’s my first time buying a road bike—how should I maintain it?
Basic maintenance includes: Use a neutral, non-corrosive cleaner for bike cleaning, and rinse with a gentle stream of water; avoid getting oil on the discs; you should regularly check the tire pressure to prevent tire blowouts and potential hazards caused by over-inflation or under-inflation; and lubricate the drivetrain regularly. (The above are only basic operations—all maintenance guidelines are detailed in the product manual.)
What basic tools do I need to perform regular maintenance on my VOILA road bike?
Essential home maintenance tools include: a set of hex keys, a bike chain cleaner, a soft-bristle brush (for cleaning the frame), a tire pump with pressure gauge, a small bottle of bike’s drivetrain lubricant, and a wrench for adjusting brakes. We recommend our official VOILA maintenance tool kit, which includes all these items and is designed for our bike models.
Will regular cleaning and maintenance be a hassle?
Not at all! Simple cleaning doesn’t need to be done too frequently, and it doesn’t take much time. Taking care of your bike is an enjoyable process—you will gradually get to know your bike better, and even become a cool home bike mechanic!
How often should I clean and lubricate the bike’s chain to keep it in good condition?
- If you ride 2-3 times a week (on dry roads), clean and lubricate the chain every 2-3 weeks.
- If you ride in rainy or dusty conditions, clean and lubricate it after every ride to prevent rust and wear.Always wipe off excess lubricant after application to avoid attracting dirt.
My bike’s tires lose air slowly—do I need to replace them, or is there a way to fix this?
