VOILA ONE Product Instructions and Service Terms

Ordering Process

Select model and size → Place order → Order confirmation → Shipment → Delivery → Order completion

  1. Product Description

     Thank you for choosing VOILA road bikes. We will continuously optimize and upgrade our products. During this process, the appearance and style of some components may have slight differences due to different production batches. These differences do not affect the product performance or normal use. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Order-Related Instructions

     The selling price of the bike already includes delivery costs, and you do not need to pay additional logistics fees.

     After you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email containing key information such as the target product details and delivery address. You can choose to reply to the email immediately to confirm the order; if we do not receive your reply within 24 hours, the order will be automatically confirmed. If you need to modify the order information, please reply to the email within 24 hours and specify the specific content to be modified.

     Once the order is confirmed, we will arrange shipment immediately and send you updates on the progress of each logistics stage via email, allowing you to track the package status.

     Depending on the delivery destination, the bike delivery may adopt a mixed mode of “international transportation + local delivery”. Under normal circumstances, the time from when you place the order to when you receive the bike will not exceed 30 days.

3. Installation Preview

     VOILA bikes are 90% pre-assembled when shipped. The remaining 3 components need to be assembled by you with reference to the attached Quickstartgiude. The specific steps are as follows:

     (I) Handlebar Installation

  • First, take the bike out of the package completely and clean up any remaining packaging debris.
  • Assemble the integrated handlebar: screw in top cap in a clockwise direction, ensuring that the expansion nut is fully locked.
  • Check if the bike’s head tube has any wobbling or deviation. If there is an abnormality, recheck whether top cap is tightened.
  • Adjust the angle of the handlebar to ensure it is perpendicular to the frame.
  • Tighten the two stem screws alternately in a clockwise direction until they reach the recommended torque value indicated in the manual.

     (II) Saddle Installation

  • Remove the outer packaging of the saddle.
  • Loosen the seatpost expander screw.
  • Insert the seatpost into the frame, and then tighten seatpost expander screw until it reaches the recommended torque value.

     (III) Pedal Installation

  • Key installation point: Tighten the pedals in the direction of the front wheel’s rotation (Note: The threads of the left and right pedals are opposite; the left pedal has a reverse thread, and the right pedal has a normal thread).
  • Special reminder: The pedal screws are prone to cross-threading. When installing, please ensure that the screws are aligned with the threads and screw them in slowly to avoid damage to the screws or threads due to misalignment.

     (IV) Installation Auxiliary Instructions

  • Necessary installation tools are provided with the bike, so you do not need to prepare additional tools.
  • Long-distance transportation may cause slight deviations in the drivetrain and brake system. It is recommended to debug these components after installation to ensure their normal function.
  • If you encounter any problems during the installation process, you can contact us at any time for assistance.

4. Warranty Terms

     Damages caused by improper maintenance, unauthorized modification of the bike, or replacement of consumables leading to damage to other accessories are not covered by the warranty.

     The following situations are also not covered by the warranty:

        – Normal wear and tear components (including but not limited to crankset, chain, cassette, inner tubes, outer tires, etc.);

        – Component damage or functional failure caused by improper installation operations;

        – Product problems caused by failure to maintain the bike in accordance with the manual requirements;

        – Damages caused by installing non-compatible components for this bike;

        – Bike damage or failure caused by personal accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligent operation.

     During the warranty period, if the original factory accessories are temporarily out of stock, we will replace them with alternative accessories of the same level or functional compatibility to ensure your normal use.

5. Preparation Before Riding

     To meet the requirements of safe transportation, the bike’s tires are deflated during transportation. After receiving the bike, please inflate the tires to the standard pressure value marked on the tire first, and confirm that the tire condition is normal before riding.

6. Other Precautions

     If you encounter any problems during product use, or after-sales service, etc., please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to resolve them properly for you.

     Before riding for the first time, please be sure to check the debugging status of the brake system and drivetrain to ensure that all components function normally and ensure riding safety.

     Do not modify the frame or the overall structure of the bike in any form, and do not install components that are incompatible with this bike. Such operations may cause damage to the bike components and even lead to serious personal safety accidents.
